Depending on your definition of EE, this question could have a multitude of answers. Was the butchering a form of environmental education? I'd like to think so! Not only do you get a firsthand experience of the processes used to get the food we eat, but an understanding of the cycle of life and our role with the environment. A very memorable experience!
